Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Villa Prigipessa. By submitting a booking request or making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations

All reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Villa Prigipessa. A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the property management.

Payment

Depending on the booking agreement, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure the reservation. Payment instructions will be provided after confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability.

Maximum Occupancy

Villa Prigipessa accommodates up to the maximum number of guests specified at the time of booking. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Events & Weddings

The villa can host private events, weddings, and celebrations for up to 120 guests, upon prior arrangement with the property management.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damage caused during the stay may result in additional charges.

Liability

Villa Prigipessa shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
